  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 slices Mozzarella
  • 3 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Marinara Sauce

Step 1

Using a rolling pin, flatten both pieces of bread. Place one slice of mozzarella on top of one slice of bread. Top with pepperoni and marinara sauce and place remaining slices of cheese on top, then the top piece of bread.

Step 2

Cut into a circle with a cookie cutter or a small cup, crimp the edges to seal it with a fork.

Step 3

For a crusty outside and melted inside. Bake on a parchment lined sheet tray for 5-10 minutes in a 350 degree oven until golden brown.

Step 4

Serve immediately or freeze. Place in saran wrap then in foil and put into the freezer. Thaw when ready to eat.
