Directions

Ingredients

  • 14 pound Chevre (Goat Cheese)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 14 cup Fresh Dill
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 pinches Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground White Pepper

Step 1

Make the dill sauce by combing goat cheese, sour cream, dill, salt and white pepper. Cover and refrigerate.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Bourbon

Step 2

Make the bourbon maple glaze and MIX WITH WHITE PEPPER.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Salmon Fillet, Skin on fillet, bones removed
  • 1 Cedar Plank
  • 1 Lemon, wedges

Step 3

Put plank directly over heat. Cover the grill and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes when prodded with a fork, 8-12 minutes total. Garnish with lemon wedges.
