*Plum Crumble

  • 4 large Plum, pitted and sliced
  • 12 Lemon, juiced
  • 12 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Honey
  • 12 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Place plums in an 8 x8 inch baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice, vanilla, honey, and 1 tbsp flour; toss to coat.


  • 12 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3 tablespoons Agave Nectar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Buttery Spread, (try earth balance buttery spread with olive oil)
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine remaining flour, oats, agave, buttery spread and cinnamon; blend with a pastry blender or 2 butter knives until crumbly. Spread mixture evenly over plums. bake on middle rack in oven until golden on top, about 20 to 25 minutes.


  • 6 teaspoons Plain Greek Yogurt, optional

Step 3

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Divide evenly among 6 serving dishes. Top each with 1 tsp yogurt, if desired.
