Pork Liempo

Pan broiled pork in garlic and vinegar then fried to crispiness.



  • 12 kilogram Pork liempo, sliced thinly
  • 12 cup Water
  • 12 cup Vinegar
  • 4 Garlic, peeled and pressed
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a pan except for the cooking oil.

Step 2

Allow for the pork to broil until the water dries.

Step 3

If the pork itself juices out oil, continue to the next step. Otherwise, if the pan dries, add a little cooking oil.

Step 4

Fry the pork to crispiness.
