Pork Schnitzel with Applesauce

Pork Schnitzel with Applesauce

  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Step 1

Heat butter in skillet


  • 2 Pork Schnitzel Sausages, large

Step 2

When butter stops foaming add schnitzels. Brown each side of the pork (about 2 to 3 minutes a side.

Step 3

Place schnitzels on paper towels to drain and cool.


  • 1 medium Lemon, cut into wedges

Step 4

Place lemon wedge on side of schnitzel. Squeeze lemon juice over schnitzel just before eating.


  • 1 can Applesauce
  • 12 teaspoon Cinnamon

Step 5

Mix cinnamon with applesauce. Serve on the side with the schnitzels.
