We ate this over noodles, but you can top rice or tortillas with it too!

Ingredients
Step 1
Sautee onions in heated oil in large skillet, stirring often about 3-4 minutes.

Step 2
Add the garlic and sautee for another minute or two. Stir in the mushrooms and thyme. Cook over high heat until mushrooms are soft, 2-3 minutes longer.

Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook about ten minutes until the mixture is thick. Serve over wheat berries, noodles, bulgar wheat pilf, etc.
