Potato Chowder

  • 8 cups Potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 3 cans Chicken Broth, reduced sodium, 14.5 oz cans
  • 1 can Canned Cream of Chicken Soup, healthy request
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1

In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, chicken broth, chicken soup, and pepper.

Step 2

Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours, or until potatoes are tender.


  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, cubed

Step 3

Add cream cheese, stirring until well blended.

Step 4

Heat until cheese melts and soup is hot throughout.
