Directions

Ingredients

  • 34 cup Dried Apricot
  • 34 cup Dates, Pitted
  • 12 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 12 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 14 cup Flax Seeds

Step 1

Place in food processor. Process until crumbly.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 Brown Rice Cakes, (spelt works too)
  • 12 cup Almond Butter, slightly warmed
  • 1 cup Agave Nectar

Step 2

Add and process until mixture is of even consistency.
 

Step 3

Using a Tablespoon scoop out mixture and shape into balls. Be sure to compact each ball so the mixture sticks together well.

Ingredients

  • 13 cup Sesame Seeds

Step 4

Roll each ball in Sesame Seeds. Set on a platter and cover with plastic food wrap. Place in refrigerator.
