Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops W/mustard Sauce

Step 1

Place cooling rack in rimmed baking sheet pace in oven and preheat to 450.


  • 18 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper

Step 2

Pound pork chops down to 1/4" thick and sprinkle with salt and pepper.


  • 13 cup Flour
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 3 cups Small Pretzel Sticks

Step 3

Place flour, egg and pretzels in 3 seperate bowls.

Step 4

Dredge chops in flour shaking off excess.dip in egg; press in pretzels. Generously spray with cooking spray.

Step 5

Remove pan from oven. Place chops on rack. Back until golden brown and cooked through.


  • 14 cup Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard

Step 6

Mix yogurt and mustard served dabbed on chops.
