Directions

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs, or 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

Step 1

Put all in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until pretty smooth. Bake like pancakes on a slightly greased griddle. Serve topped with strawberries, bananas, agave, etc.
