Puff Pastry Chicken

  • 1 box Stuffing Mix

Step 1

Prep stuffing according to package, set aside.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry

Step 3

Roll out a sheet of puff pastry then cut into 4 pieces.


  • 4 Chicken Cutlets, pounded until thin
  • Lowrey's Seasoning
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese

Step 4

Season chicken with salt, pepper and Lowrey's seasoning. Onto the puff pastry, layer cheese, chicken, then stuffing onto one half of each pastry. Fold pastry over the ingredients then tuck to seal.


  • 2 Eggs, beaten

Step 5

Brush with egg wash. Place on baking sheet with the side with cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
