Pumpkin Cheesecake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.


  • 1 34 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs, crust
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, crust
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar, crust
  • 1 stick Butter, crust,, melted

Step 2

In medium bowl combine crumbs sugar and cinnamon. Add butter. Press down flat in a 9" springform pan. Set aside.


  • 3 Cream Cheese, 8oz packs/ room temps
  • 3 Eggs
  • 15 Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 14 cup Sour Cream
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 12 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 18 teaspoon Nutmeg, fresh ground
  • 18 teaspoon Cloves, ground 9
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 3

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream.sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.

Step 4

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place in oven for 1 hour. Remove then let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap then put in fridge for 4 hours.
