Pumpkin Pancakes

  • 1 12 cups Milk
  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar

Step 1

Mix together the milk, pumpkin, egg, oil and vinegar.


  • 2 cups Flour
  • 14 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 12 teaspoon Salt

Step 2

Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, ginger and salt in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Stir dry mix into pumpkin mixture just enough to combine.

Step 4

Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
