Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Super easy and, with only six ingredients, surprisingly good!



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.


  • 15 ounces Canned Pumpkin, not prepared pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix, duncan hines moist deluxe preferred
  • 12 cup Water

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, cake mix and water. Stirring until evenly combined. Divide batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.


  • 12 cup Brown Sugar
  • 12 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 stick Butter, softened

Step 3

Prepare the streusel topping: Stir together the flour and brown sugar. Cut in the softened butter to form a crumble.

Step 4

Spoon or sprinkle streusel topping on top of each muffin, patting it down slightly to make sure it sticks.

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-24 minutes or until cooked through.
