If you love fajitas, but need a healthier lower carb version, this recipe is for you!



  • Grilled Chicken Strips, heated
  • Fajita Seasoning

Step 1

sprinkle seasoning on grilled chicken strips


  • bell peppers, red, green, orange, yellow, whatever you have on hand, diced

Step 2

Heat bell peppers and chicken strips in skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle more seasoning over all of it if desired.


  • bunch Romaine Lettuce, torn in pieces
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Salsa

Step 3

Serve chicken and bell peppers over lettuce and top with avocado and salsa.
