Makes: 5 servings adjust

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 6 Dates, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 18 teaspoon Salt

Step 1

Combine walnuts, dates, coconut oil and salt in a food processor. Blend until it looks similar to a couscous and they come together. Press it in each individual tins and place in the refrigerator while making the filling.

  • 12 cube Berries, 1/2 cup strawberries and blueberries(or any berries you have even frozen is good)
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Cardamom (Cardamon), 1/4 tsp. cardamon
  • 3 tablespoons Honey

Step 2

Mash the berries(I just pulsed mine 5 times in a food processor). In a medium bowl, combine yoghurt, cardamon, agave and mashed berries until well incorporated. Pour the batter in the chilled crust and place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, any longer and it will turn out to be a popsicle. You want it to be firm enough to have the consistency of a mousse.

  • 14 cup Berries, additional strawberries and blueberries for topping the dessert

Step 3

Top with berries.
