The nutty richness of brown butter transforms leftover green beans. Pair them with cheese ravioli, and you have a quick and delicious weeknight meal.

Cut beans into 1/2-inch pieces.

Melt butter in a 12-inch heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until browned and fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add garlic, salt, and pepper and saute, stirring, until garlic is golden, about 1 minute.

Stir in beans and cheese and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook ravioli in a large pot of boiling salted water until cooked through. Drain, then add to skillet with beans, tossing to combine. Serve pasta with additional cheese.
