Raw Almond Butter Cookies

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups Almond Butter
  • 1 cup Gala Apple, or other red apple, peeled and diced
  • 6 Medjool Dates, pitted and soaked at least 30 minutes
  • 14 cup Water, from the soaked dates
  •   pinch Cinnamon

Step 1

Place almond butter, apple, dates, soak water and cinnamon in a food processor fitted with an S blade. Process on high speed for 20-40 seconds or until lumps smooth out.
 

Step 2

Using a spoon or a small scooper, scoop batter onto 2 Teflex-lined dehydrator trays in small rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).
 

Step 3

Dehydrate at 145 F for 2 hours. Reduce heat to 110 F and dehydrate for another 22 hours. Remove from Teflex and continue dehydrating for another 24 hours.
