Refridgerator Pickles

Homemade pickled cucumbers.



  • 3 cups Cucumber, sliced and peeled
  • 3 cups Yellow Summer Squash, sliced and peeled
  • 2 cups Sweet Onion, chopped
  • 1 12 cups White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 12 teaspoon Mustard Seed

Step 1

Place cucumbers, squash, and onions into a large bowl; set aside. In a small saucepan, combien remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir just until the sugar dissolves. Pour over cucumber mixture; cool.

Step 2

Cover tightly and refridgerate for 24-48 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
