Roasted Asparagus

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Asparagus

Step 2

Trim edges of asparagus. Line cookie sheet with foil then lay the asparagus on the sheet in an even layer.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt
  • Cherry Tomato

Step 3

Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Season liberally with garlic salt. Slice tomatoes in half and top the asparagus.
 

Step 4

Cook for 10 minutes until asparagus darkens slightly and is tender. Do NOT overcook. You asparagus should still be crisp.
