  • 1 Eggplant, sliced, salted

Step 1

Drain the bitters from the eggplant.

Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini, sliced, salted
  • 3 Tomato, sliced
  • 2 packages Halloumi Cheese, Sliced

Step 2

Slice the zucchini, tomatoes, and cheese. Sprinkle slat and olive oil. ROast all veggies for 15 minutes until browned at 450.
