Rosemary Crusted Pork

Rosemary Crusted Pork

Serve with green beans and pitted olives



Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


  • 14 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon Salt

Step 2

On a plate, combine bread crumbs, rosemary, paprika, garlic and salt. Mix well.


  • 1 14 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Step 3

Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil then roll in bread crumb mixture.

Step 4

Roast for 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve.
