Rotisserie Pork Sirloin

Pork Sirloin on a rotisserie grill



  • 2 12 pounds Boneless Pork Sirloin, Store bought Pork in garlic and herb marinade

Step 1

Pre-heat rotisserie burner on grill

Step 2

Thread temperature probe through collar rings on spit rod (i.e. spit forks, etc.).

Step 3

Insert spit rod through middle of Pork Sirloin and insert spit forks.

Step 4

Insert temperature probe to middle of Pork Sirloin being careful not to touch spit rod. Attach other end of temperature probe to temperature monitor and attach to spit rod near handle.

Step 5

Tighten all collar rings on spit rod. Set alert on temperature monitor for 150 F but target internal temp is 160 F.

Step 6

Insert spit rod into rotisserie motor (or have child or neighbor hand-crank the rotisserie).

Step 7

Cook at about 20 min per lb at 300-350 F though internal temperature will dictate how long it cooks.
