Rustic Chicken And Potato Gratine

  • 1 Gallon-Sized Plastic Bags
  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1" cubes
  • 1 pound Potatoes, 2" cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Hot Sauce
  • 12 cup Green Onion, or scallions

Step 1

In gallon sized bag, add all ingredients and mix. Remove air and seal.


  • 14 Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 14 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 Quart-Sized Plastic Bags

Step 2

In quart sized bag, add cheeses. Remove air and seal.

Step 3

Ingredients are ready for freezer. When ready to cook, remove from freezer and thaw overnight in fridge. To cook, place all ingredients from chicken bag in a 8" baking dish. Top with cheese. Heat oven to 400 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
