SHRIMP BOIL

Directions

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 5 quarts Water
  • 4 pounds Red Potato, quartered

Step 1

Cover and heat to rolling boil, cook 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears Corn, halved
  • 3 Carrots, or so chopped
  • 1 Lemon, halved
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 pounds Kielbasa, thick slices
  • 3 Onions, quartered
  • 2 stalks Celery, coarse chop

Step 2

Add sausage and corn, everything but shrimp return to boil and cook for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Large Shrimp

Step 3

Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink.
 

Step 4

Serve on news paper spread over table with cold beer.
