Salmon Stuffed Peppers

  • 6 ounces Canned Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Mayo
  • 18 teaspoon Yellow Onion, finely chopped

Step 1

Combine salmon, mayo and onion.


  • 14 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Step 2

Add seasonings to mixture and combine well. Continue to season to taste.


  • 8 Sweet Mini Peppers, cut in half

Step 3

Fill mini peppers with salmon mixture. Serve cold. Peppers can be stored in fridge for a few days.
