Salted Caramel Frosting

  • 2 cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 12 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 18 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt

Step 1

Cook brown sugar, heavy cream, butter and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 7-9 minutes.


  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Step 2

Stir in vanilla and cinnamon, cook 2-3 minutes, until creamy and thickened. Do not overcook! Remove from heat; transfer to a bowl. Cool to room temperature.
