Ingredients

  • 1 pound Smoked Sausage, links, or ground
  • 1 can Canned Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 34 cup Milk
  • 14 cup Onion
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Mushrooms

Step 1

1.In a large skillet, cook sausage, mushrooms and onions over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, salt and pepper. In an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish, layer half the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage; repeat layers.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Scalloped Potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 2

2.Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
