Makes: 4 servings adjust

  • 14 cup Water, and 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Root, fresh, minced or grated
  • pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, optional

Step 1

In a large saute pan, place 1/4 cup of the water. Bring the pan to medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes (if using).

  • 1 12 pounds Bok Choy, washed, ends cut off, and cut diagonally

Step 2

Add the bok choy to the pan, along with the additional water as needed. Cover with a lid and cook at medium for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the bok choy is bright green and tender-crisp.

  • 1 tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, orange juice, and remaining 1 tablespoon water. Add to the greens and mix gently. Garnish with sesame seeds (if using). Serve hot.
