Savory Crepe with indi chocolate Rubs

Savory Crepe recipe : mushroom/ bacon stuffing, bechamel with jalapeno sage rub from indi chocolate



  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 large Egg
  • 1 12 cups Whole Milk
  • pinch Salt
  • 3 Butter Melted
  • 1 t mole rub

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together and whisk. Set in fridge for 2-3 hours. Heat non-stick over medium heat, add butter to pan, add a ladle of batter and cook for 1 minute


  • 14 t of butter for cooking
  • 2 t butter
  • 2 cups crimini mushrooms - diced, or wild
  • 12 onion- diced
  • 4 small Bacon Strip
  • 1 teaspoon thyme- minced

Step 2

Heat pan over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook for 2 minutes, add onion and diced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.


  • 2 t butter
  • 2 t flour
  • 1 14 cups Whole Milk
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno sage rub
  • 12 cup gruyere cheese

Step 3

Melt butter over medium heat, once melted add flour and let cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and let thicken for about 5 minutes. Add swiss cheese, indi chocolate rub and salt to finish.
