Scrambled Eggs with Fresh Herbs

A classic upgraded with fresh herbs



  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Medium Ground Black Pepper
  • 16 Egg

Step 1

Whisk the eggs into a bowl with the half-and-half, salt and pepper


  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large saute or omlet pan

Step 3

Add the eggs mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the desired doneness.


  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Scallion, finely chopped, white and green parts
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, finely chopped

Step 4

Off the heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and the parsley, scallions and dill. Stir until the butter is melted, and serve hot.
