Seasoned Red Potatoes

Seasoned Red Potatoes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


  • 8 Red Potatoes, cut in fourths
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes and olive oil.


  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Weed, can sub for rosemary, thyme, etc.

Step 3

Whisk together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and dill weed. Then pour evenly over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.

Step 4

Put in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. If they are not to the tenderness of your liking put in for another 10 minutes.
