Seed & Fruit Cereal

  • 1 Pineapple, cored & cubed
  • 1 pint Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 Oranges, peeled, halved and sliced
  • 4 Bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 4 Kiwis, peeled & sliced
  • 2 cups Sunflower Seeds, soaked at least 30 minutes
  • 1 12 cups Almond or Coconut Milk
  • Juice of 2 Oranges
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Ground Cardamom (Cardamon)

Step 1

Combine fruit in a large bowl. Add seeds and mix well. Spoon into large bowls. Combine milk, juice, and seasonings. Pour over individual servings.
