Sesame-Ginger Chicken

great as a base for meals. Put over zoodle, rice or pasta, even add spinach use as protein in a salad.



  • 1 12 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh, cut into large pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a heat proof bowl and mix well to coat chicken.

Step 2

Pour 2 cups of water in inner pot of instant pot, the place trivet in the pot. place the bowl on the trivet.

Step 3

Lock lid into place and set to pressure cook on high. Cook for 10 minutes. let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes then quick release remaining pressure.

Step 4

Remove the chicken and shred it, then mix it back into the liquid in the bowl.

Step 5

Serve as is over zoodles, in a salad, over rice or pasta. tastes great with Easy Asian Peanut Dressing.
