Shrimp And Tuna Pasta

  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 pound Raw Shrimp, peeled
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms
  • Seasoned Salt, or cajun, to taste

Step 1

Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Season to taste with seasoned salt and/or cajun seasoning. Saute until cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Place contents in a bowl and set aside.


  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced

Step 2

In the same skillet, melt butter, and saute peppers, onions, and garlic for 3 minutes.


  • 14 cup Flour
  • 1 pint Half and Half
  • 12 cup Tomato, diced

Step 3

Stir in flour until mixture clumps together. Slowly stir in half and half. Stir in tomatoes. Season with seasoned salt/cajun seasoning.


  • 12 ounces Bowtie Pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 can Tuna, drained
  • Milk, as needed
  • Garlic Salt, to taste

Step 4

Add shrimp, pasta, and tuna. Add milk until desired texture is achieved. Season with garlic salt. Stir until heated through.
