Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 12 pounds Steak, grilling- cut (ribeye, strip or flat iron)
  • 12 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1

Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Season steaks with salt and pepper (wash hands).

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 2

Place 1 tablespoon oil in pan then add steaks; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until 145F (for medium-rare)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 12 cup Canned Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 13 cup Green Olives, sliced

Step 3

Combine 2 tablespoons oil and Italian seasoning; drizzle over steaks. Add tomatoes and olives around steaks; cook 1-2 minutes or until olives are warmed. Serve.
