Simple Pressure Cooker Chicken In Creamy Sauce

An easy-to-make low carb recipe with minimal prep.



  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 32 ounces Salsa
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 12 cup Instant Rice, if desired (helps firm up a batch that is too liquid)

Step 1

Place chicken in bottom of pressure cooker, followed by salsa. Cook on Poultry setting, then shred or chop chicken. If we are eating it with tortillas we might add the instant rice to absorb some of the liquid. Then add sour cream. Serve with shredded cheese.
