*Slim Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

"...One of my favorite low glycemic smoothie recipes from the Slender with a Blender cookbook. This is the one I make when my daughter asks for a 'pink smoothie'."



  • Strawberry Meal Replacement Powder
  • 3 ounces Water
  • 8 ounces Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 12 cup Ice Cubes

Step 1

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


  • Cream Cheese

Step 2

I often throw in a banana or a couple Tablespoons of cream cheese to mix this up a bit.
