Slow Cooker Apple-Cran Chicken & Potatoes

super easy preparation slow cooker chicken dish - perfect for fall / winter *and* low fat.



  • 4 Potatoes, washed and halved, skins on
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 34 cup Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced

Step 1

Place halved potatoes, then chicken breasts, and finally diced apples and cranberries on the bottom of the crockpot (layered in that order).


  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Apple Cider, unsweetened
  • 34 Sweet Onion, diced

Step 2

Mix apple cider, brown sugar, and diced sweet onion together. Pour mixture over what you have layered in the crockpot.

Step 3

Cover crock pot, cook on lowest setting for 6-8 hours.
