Slow Cooker Chicken, Broccoli & Rice

Directions

Ingredients

  • 10 34 ounces Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 10 34 ounces Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 12 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 1

Stir 1 cup cheese, soups and broth in a medium bowl.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 6 Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 34 pounds Chicken Breast Halves, bone/skinless

Step 2

Place broccoli and carrots into a 5 qt slow cooker. Top with chicken. Pour soup mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.

  • 1 12 cups Rice

Step 3

Cook rice.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 4

Remove the chicken from the cooker and turn off. Stir in the rice and top with the chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender and the cheese is melted. Stir the rice mixture before serving.
