Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken

  • 8 Chicken Thighs, bone/skinless
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel
  • 3 teaspoons Garlic, finely chopped
  • 14 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper
  • 12 cup Chicken Stock

Step 1

Spray 4-qt slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker; sprinkle with grated lemon peel, garlic, 1/4 tsp of salt and the pepper. Pour chicken stock over the chicken. Cover; cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.


  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 14 cup Lemon Juice
  • 12 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Step 2

Remove chicken and place on a plate, cover and keep warm. In a small bowl, mix remaining salt, cornstarch, lemon juice and cream until well blended. Stir liquid into the cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Serve chicken with sauce. Garnish with parsley.
