Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

  • 2 pounds Beef Round Tip Steak, sliced against the grain
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 14 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 12 Onion, sliced
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper, to taste

Step 1

Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions. Place all ingredients in bag and seal. Place in freezer.

Step 2

To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge. Dump bag in slow cooker. Place lid on. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
