Smoked Salmon With Creamy Cucumber Salad

  • 2 bunches Watercress, stems removed
  • 1 pound Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced

Step 1

Divide the watercress and salmon among 6 plates.


  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Coarse Yellow Mustard
  • 12 cup Sour Cream
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper
  • 14 cup Lemon Juice

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the horseradish, mustard, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Transfer half the dressing to a small bowl and set aside.


  • 12 head English Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, finely chopped

Step 3

Add the cucumber to the large bowl and toss. Divide among plates and sprinkle with the dill.


  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
  • Chips or Baguette

Step 4

Serve with the reserved dressing, lemon wedges (if desired), and bagel chips or baguette slices.
