Yummy peanut butter cookies with a little Snickers in the middle. Everyone likes these cookies because who doesn't love a Snickers?

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar

Step 1

Combine the butter, peanut butter and sugars. Mix until light and fluffy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 2

Slowly add the eggs and vanilla until combined.

Ingredients

  • 3 1⁄2 Flour
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Step 3

Mix in flour, salt and baking soda.
 

Step 4

Cover and chill for 2-3 hours.
 

Step 5

Preheat oven to 300.
 

Step 6

Remove dough from refrigerator. Divide into 1 tablespoon pieces and flatten.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Snicker Miniatures

Step 7

Place a Snickers miniature in the center of each piece of dough. Form the dough into a ball around each Snickers. Place on cookie sheet.
 

Step 8

Bake for 12 minutes.
 

Step 9

Let cookies cool. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
