Directions

Ingredients

  • Smoked Beef Kielbasa

Step 1

Slice rounds of sausage (2 per egg bite).

Ingredients

  • 9 Eggs
  • Finely Shredded Smoked Gouda
  • Shredded Cheddar
  • Shredded Jack Cheese

Step 2

Beat eggs. Mix in cheeses and whisk really well to incorporate into the eggs.

Ingredients

  • Diced Green Onion

Step 3

Drop a sausage into a silicone mold. Add egg mixture. Sprinkle with onion then place another sausage on top.
 

Step 4

Cover with foil. Set InstaPot to High Steam for 8 minutes. Release steam when done. Let sit for about 3 minutes for eggs to fall a bit. Serve immediately.
 

Step 5

This recipe can be made ahead, but they do need to be reheated before serving.
