Southwestern Salad

  • 34 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Step 1

Combine salad dressing, jalapeno, seasoning and lime juice, whisk until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.


  • 2 Chicken Breasts, roughly chopped
  • Taco Seasoning
  • 12 White Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced

Step 2

Roughly chop chicken, sprinkle with taco seasoning then cook in a heated skillet until cooked through. Set chicken aside. Add onions and bell peppers into the skillet, add taco seasoning and cook until softened. Or you can serve these raw.


  • Romaine Lettuce, torn
  • 12 cup Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12 cup Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • Tortilla Strips, or crush up some tortilla chips

Step 3

In a large serving bowl, combine lettuce, olives, beans, corn and chicken. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Top with avocado and tortilla strips. Serve immediately.
