Spiced Apple Cider

  • 8 Fuji Apples, about 4 1/2 pounds

Step 1

Quarter and core the apples. In an extractor, juice the apples. Set aside, and let the froth subside and the juice settle.


  • Ice Cubes

Step 2

Fill a pitcher with ice, and pour in the juice.


  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Step 3

Stir in the cinnamon sticks and ground ginger, and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.

Step 4

Pour the cider into glasses, and serve.
