Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bacon, not thick-sliced, room temperature

Step 1

Cut each slice of bacon in half, crosswise.

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Step 2

Mix sugar and cinnamon together and thoroughly coat each slice of bacon.
 

Step 3

Twist slices or leave flat, and place on rack in broiler or jellyroll pan in a 350° oven. Bake until bacon is crisp and sugar is bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. The sugar can burn quickly, so watch closely.
 

Step 4

Let cool and serve at room temperature. Makes 16 to 20 appetizer servings.
