Spicy Lacto Fermented Pickle Juice

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Carrot
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 -5 spicy fresh peppers of choice , cayenne, jalepeno etc.
  • spices mustard seeds, all spice, bayleaf, fennel seeds, peppercorn
  • 2 12 ratio of kosher salt , 24 grams for 1 quart water

Step 1

Put all ingredients is large mason jar. Keep at room temperature (70 degrees) for two weeks. Open lid daily to release the gas*. Taste along the way for spiciness. Once done, keep in fridge. *Do not forget to release the gas or too much pressure will build in the jar.
