Spicy Roasted Potatoes

This is basically the easiest recipe that ever existed ... but it's a great way to cook the most perfect starchy non-vegetable ever.

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder

Step 2

Well mix all spices together in a small bowl.

Ingredients

  • 6 Red Potatoes, Dice into 1.5 inch bites (sort of big-bite sized).
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Step 3

Arrange potatoes on a greased baking dish or cookie sheet, try to spread them out enough that they aren't touching. Season the potatoes with the spice mix, then drizzle with the olive oil - stir to coat all potatoes with the mix and oil.
 

Step 4

Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so. Potatoes are done when they are fork tender and yummy crisp and brown on the outside.
